Friday...

...it was a mentally exhausting week, spent nearly in training sessions all the day long. Just the first week of many months to come... But, that's the job, and I'm up for it. Besides, I make the first coffee in the morning, so they will be very, very strong brews...

Another weekend has arrived. We both had a rough week at our respective jobs, and are looking forward to spending a couple days in our comfy living room chairs doing nothing. Puppy especially will be happy to know that...

Weatherwise, it's been a near-perfect week, with temperatures practically exactly at the 150-year average on a daily basis. Unfortunately, there was rain on the way home today so I couldn't drive with the top down on my convertable, but it was otherwise a very pleasant drive home from a long work week.

Otherwose, all is quiet on our homefront... hope the same for you...
