Well, our part of South Carolina is now in the three-day window of Tropical Storm Hanna's projected track. Sometime midway through Friday Hanna will be either overhead or passing to our east. As each update every three hours is posted by the National Hurricane Center the projected landfall has moved steadily up the Atlantic coast... originally forecast halfway between Savannah and Jacksonville, to over Savannah, to right over my part of South Carolina, to Charleston, and now looks to be over Myrtle Beach. Our local emergency management office will be publishing county evacuation advisories or orders as early as tomorrow. So the next couple days will be quite interesting in our neck of the islands...
