First, please note the following website links: my MySpace page and my Facebook page (these links are also in my "Other Pages" block to the right).
I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. Our family had a joyous, peaceful celebration...
Well, this past year has taught me one thing... free time has been very short for me. We did not take any major vacation this year (just a couple of short trips to regularly-visited cities), and I otherwise just worked too hard and didn't have enough relaxation time. There hasn't even been time to check in on this site as often as in the past. Even if there was, there has been little to share (after all, how much do you really want to reread "went to work, came home, went to work, came home, yada yada yada"...???)
At the urging of friends and relatives, I have established new pages at MySpace and Facebook. While Bravenet does still have a great page, these other two are faster for me to access in my copius spare time (and as I am on a PDA quite a bit during the day, those two pages have mobile versions my PDA can access easily). Feel free to come by either of those is you wish to say "hi" and get a faster reply...
I am not leaving here, not by any means... but my return trips will be fewer unless there is something worth sharing. We do plan on some trips and Adventures in 2009, maybe even a Star Trek convention or two, and will definitely share those as they come up.
I've met a number of great folks here, and hope to keep up with you here... or over on my other pages if you can visit there. So, I am not saying "goodbye" here by any means... just, "catch you up later when things happen". After all, there's no way of knowing what tomorrow may bring...
May you have a wonderful New Year's celebration, and that 2009 brings you much success in your endeavors...
